How much is shipping?


Shipping is FREE. Also, there's no tax!

Anywhere in Canada.



When will it arrive?


We ship on the 3rd of each month (in the cases of weekends or holidays, we ship the next business day). However, if you are signing up between the 1st and the 20th of the month, your first teabox will be shipped immediately. The shipping originates from our haven of tea happiness in London, Ontario, and is sent via Canada Post. How soon your teabox arrives depends on where in our glorious country you are located. Generally, shipments within Ontario are delivered within 4 business days; shipments to outside the province can take up to 10 business days.



What comes in a box?


Each monthly box contains 3 delightful selections of loose leaf tea, enough to make at least 5 cups each (15 cups total per box). We choose new, seasonally-appropriate blends for each month, so it's always a fun surprise. In addition, we deliver steeping guidelines and fun facts about tea. You'll be a tea expert before you know it.



What kind of tea is it?


We're really into artfully composed blends of loose leaf tea. Green, black, rooibos, herbal, white, fruity, flowery, bold, light, sweet, tangy. You're definitely in for an adventure. Tea happiness guaranteed!



Why loose leaf?


Glad you asked! Loose leaf tea is decidedly superior to the pre-bagged variety. Less processing means more flavour and more benefits. Can I cancel any time?


Definitely. Cancellation is easy-peasy. Simply login to your account to cancel or make changes to your subscription.



What's your refund policy?


No worries, friend. If you're not completely satisfied with the service, just let us know at least 5 business days before the next ship date. We'll be happy to provide a refund for any un-shipped tea; we cannot accept return or refund requests on tea that has already been shipped.
